Frequently asked questions
Where are my worries saved?
By default, entries exist only on this page and disappear when you reload or leave. If you enable saving, they are stored in this browser on this device. This is not an encrypted vault or cloud backup; other people using the browser may be able to see them.
Will I get a reminder at my worry time?
No. The chosen time is a planning aid. Set your own reminder. The countdown runs while the page is open and may be delayed by your browser.
Can I delete my entries?
Yes. Delete individual worries or use Delete all and confirm. Turning off saving removes the saved copy while keeping entries visible for the current visit.
Does sharing include my journal?
No. Sharing uses only the public tool link. This page does not send your entries to analytics or a server.
